The level of service we offer through our Executive Performance packages is not available through conventional health insurance policies. Your experience with us is designed to provide comprehensive screening for a wide range of conditions and determine your true functional capacity is multiple dimensions. Unfortunately health insurers typically do not provide reimbursement for these screening examinations and performance tests. However, it is precisely these personalized preventative services that distinguish our program from just another visit to your primary care doctor. Because of this, we require all our clients to sign a Notice of Disclosure from Insurance Benefits to avoid misunderstanding regarding the cost of our services. Payment is expected before the day of service and may be in cash, credit card, personal check or international bank transfer.

Locals Deal

Membership in Park City Performance Medicine is focused on well care and won't be a complete replacement for your primary physician who you should keep a relationship with in case you do need ongoing "sick care". However, we will be able to handle many issues that come along and can provide appropriate referrals when things are outside of our wheelhouse.

Pilzer Toilet

Probably the most egregious example of being called to duty by "the team" was when one of my riding buddies called one night while he was out of town asking me to go to his house and unstick his 5 year old’s left foot from the toilet. When I arrived at the house armed with nothing more then a sense of humor, my friend's son and wife were both hysterical. Although I had no idea what I was doing, I used my calm surgical demeanor and bedside manner, learned from many late nights in the emergency room, to defuse the situation and it all ended well. True story.
