You know who you are, you know the slopes and trails in Park City as well as we do. This is my "friends and family" deal equivalent to our Silver Performance Package. Based on your input and feedback and what I would want for myself, I have designed a membership package especially for locals to ensure you get the most out of your Park City Performance Medicine experience.

Our goal at Park City Performance Medicine is to build a national client base leveraging the Park City mindset and lifestyle, my 25-year experience as a physician and surgeon, and the expertise of the health and fitness professionals I have assembled to make lasting changes in the lives of people all over the country.  Starting in our own backyard, our first step toward success is gathering and uniting a local tribe of like-minded individuals who understand that health is the new wealth and who want to participate and benefit from this new and innovative healthcare adventure. Together, we will build a community and a culture that will be both the example for and the envy of our broken healthcare system.

In addition to an annual executive level medical history & physical exam, complete lab panel, nutrition analysis, sports psychology evaluation, performance fitness testing and follow-up encounters, locals will have ongoing access to our professional medical expertise and the opportunity to participate in all of our programs and promotions.

Member discounts

Park City Performance Medicine locals will get member discounts on our other services and events such as Regenerative Medicine (PRP, Stem Cells, & Biologics), Retreats, Camps and Coaching.
